23rd IPC AGM will be held on October 28-29, 2019 at Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Seoul, Korea

Chairman Osman Vural has completed the second term and according to the IPC constitution new Chairman election was held at the AGM.
Dr. Gilbert Gong from South Kore was elected Chairman of the IPC for two years.
